Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SigmaSense Analytics ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Payment Terms
For paid plans:
- Payment is due in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SigmaSense Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, and we claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigmaSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide you with an opportunity to export your data before permanent deletion.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
